We’ve reached the end of our Marvel Rewatch, and it’s been a fulfilling journey for us. We got to see 18 great movies again, reaffirm some of our stances on them, and maybe change some ideas we had on first impression. We’re so happy we did this, and happy you joined us along the way!
This final episode is about the stragglers, Ant-Man, Doctor Strange, and Spider-Man Homecoming. I think it’s safe to say we liked them all, but we managed to find a few issues with each of them. Doctor Strange is a little too weird, Ant-Man seems kind of grimy, and Spider-Man is a hair too long. But like we always say, we WANT to see the good in things so we focus primarily on the things we love about these films which are too many to name. Not to mention we get into the nitty-gritty of the age old question, what are the deeper rules behind Fuck Marry Kill. Important work.
One more time, thank you all for joining us on this quest. We will surely be watching more series and talking about them over time but this one was a doozy. So kick back with a celebratory drink, and enjoy our ramblings on this final Marvel Rewatch!
