Today is a bit of a catch up on the Netflix rom-com releases from the past month or so. We talked about Set It Up already, loved it. But they’ve since released To All the Boys I Loved Before and Sierra Burgess is a Loser, and guess what? We want to talk about them!
We start with Sierra Burgess because, well, we didn’t like it as much as the other one. That’s not to say we totally disliked it, but it had an air of meanness about it that we didn’t love. To All the Boys I Loved Before though? We totally loved it. Start to finish we ate it up and we fell right in love with the romantic male lead. Dreamboat, much?!
We close out the episode with a brief yet concise run down of the first ten episode of Disenchantment, the new Matt Groening show. It comes with a decidedly flat start, but by the end of the first half of the season (this ten episodes constitutes the first half of a 20 episode season), it starts to find itself.
