Over the years we’ve added traditions to our Thanksgiving festivities. First it was just to watch all the Friends Thanksgiving episodes. Then we upgraded to watching the Bob’s Burgers Thanksgiving episodes. And now for the podcast, we’re continuing our newest tradition of releasing an episode about the Muppets for Thanksgiving. This time, it’s the Great Muppet Caper!
If you’ve seen this, you’ll already know that this isn’t really a Muppet Caper, but more a caper involving Muppets. They are the ones performing the caper, but instead they are foiling one. It’s big silly and exactly the brand of silly we like out of our Muppet movies. It’s full of really big swings of the comedy bat and most of them are homeruns, even though somehow Caper is regarded as one of the lower tier Muppet flicks. It’s like pizza and sex though; even at its worst it’s still pretty good.
