The penultimate episode of The Magicians is upon us and not only was it a musical episode, it was also a heist episode! We usually get one of each per season but this season it was both at the same time which was fun! Despite us not knowing a couple of the songs the episode was punchy, interesting, and blessedly related to the main plot. The heist was to steal the world seed from The Couple, aka The Balls, and the musical was because they had to use a conductor spell to make sure Marina could direct everyone from outside the location. What followed was a fast paced, super fun heist with lots of stuff going wrong, but our heroes winning in the end as per usual and just like that we only have one episode left.
